The Penfield Fire District currently has three stations staffed by the volunteers of the Penfield Fire Company
Station 1 (Headquarters)
Station 1 is the main fire station for the Penfield Fire District and is located at 1838 Penfield Road. It currently houses Tower 371, Engine 373, Engine 374, Grass Fire 376, Rescue 378, and Squad 3717.
Station 2
Station 2 is located at 1760 Qualtrough Road and covers the northwest part of the fire district. It currently houses Quint 370
Station 3
Station 3 is located at 2510 Penfield Road and covers the eastern part of the fire district. It currently houses Engine 372
